不只一次在番仔澳遇見這兩位,先前也曾在夕陽時分遇到過,他們總是一路並肩走上大象,一起坐在象背上欣賞大海晨昏,這樣的好感情,令人欣羨,祝福他們。

Passing through a long “tree tunnel” approaching milepost 120 between Sommer/Hollis and Kolbe, Illinois, is a westbound Keokuk Junction Railway freight on April 7, 2016. Two EMD FP9s (Nos. 1750 and 1752) and GP20 No. 2003 power the train of “hot cars” picked up at an interchange yard at Bartonville and are returning to Kolbe station (located near Mapleton) on this former TP&W line.

I loved the endless photo opportunities at this beautiful beach.

Macro mondays theme - stripes

Nearly the whole week I went mad, what to do with this theme; thought about spoons reflecting stripes, sheets of colourful paper, pencils of course - and then I saw my little daughter´s feather with stripes in all colours. And here it is. Hope, you enjoy!

In the distance, the Strasbourg Cathedral or the Cathedral of Our Lady of Strasbourg (French: Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg, or Cathédrale de Strasbourg, German: Liebfrauenmünster zu Straßburg or Straßburger Münster), also known as Strasbourg Minster, is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Strasbourg, Alsace, France. Although considerable parts of it are still in Romanesque architecture, it is widely considered to be among the finest examples of high, or late, Gothic architecture.

This lovely design is from Miyuki Kawamura. When you turn them, you will have a different view.

The name origami "Dualo" came from the polyhedron of the center of the model. Here you can see two modules.

You can make several variations with this nice module:

-The little ones are made from 6 modules each.

-The middle ones made from 12 modules each and you can choose for a 3 or 4 unit of modules, which gives different results.

-For the bigger ones you need 30 modules each and also here the choice is 3 or 5 unit.

I used these 60 modules also for an other pattern.

Each module is folded from 7,5x7,5 cm, duo-colered paper.

Strolling at the village of old Pedino (Lemnos island) an August morning during last summer, I was excited to see the wonderful transformation of a prior abandoned relic to this lovely art shop.

In case you're interested to see its prior state here's the link www.flickr.com/photos/nikoskotanidis/7823448936/in/datepo...

Found her during a fototrip in Darmstadt Park Rosenhöhe with my fotofriend Dagmar www.flickr.com/photos/137645690@N02/

on a dull day. At a time, the sun came out.... what luck !!

The Rosenhöhe (Rose Heights) is a beautiful garden, which was previously a vineyard in the possession of the royal house. It was transformed into a landscaped garden in the English style at the beginning of the 19th century. The royal architect Georg Moller decorated the park with tea-houses and pavilions.

The mystical park serves also as the cemetery for the Duches of Darmstadt with two impressive mausoleum buildings in its remote parts.

It is my almost 15 years since my move to BC and getting away from the cold weather of Montreal. This solitary bench and lamp post looks out amid the ice and snow onto the frozen Lake St. Louis. It shows the bleakness of winter in the West Island of Montreal. Photo was taken along the Lakeshore by Stuart Hall. However, despite the colder weather back East, I still miss the winter seasons there.
