"Spring dance"
Experimenting with color pencils on Zentangles. So much fun!! I think I just needed to immerse myself in art because this totally relaxed me. So much fun! :)

It came to my attention that some of my zentangles were uploaded too small so I am trying again so you can hopefully see tangles better.
This is a quick little digital doodle I accomplished in PhotoShop so I could show folks how to create my Fuzzy String tangled doodle design and several others.
You can see the video and grab the design worksheet at the RainbowElephant blog.
The round ones reminded me of Disco Balls.... hence the color... these are 4 bookmarks.... I will cut and laminate them :)
some more new tangles and messed up ribbons, but I will try them again.
I guess you should try new tangles before adding them to your zentangles.

these are 15cm X 15cm canvases. I used a thick orange permanent marker and black sharpie pen... thanks for looking :) Interestingly enough, when I put them all together they lined up perfectly - unintentionally!! I couldn't have planned it better!! lol
Accomplished using my Circular Sunday template for March 2012.
You can download the pdf version of this template from my blog at:
Enjoy!
a few pieces I've been working on during the week - not much time for tangling this week. I haven't had time to view my colleagues works, but will do so when I can :)
Can't say "Zentangle" because some killjoy copyrighted that word, but I've been playing with zen doodling. It's difficult for me because I don't think in terms of patterns and textures, rather of form and line. But it's fun, and a good way to use old watercolors (as backgrounds).
final specimen!! It was an interesting experiement... I may do some more as I did try other colours too. thanks for looking :) notes on how it evolved are on the other 2 pics.
