quick piece, wrong coloring and i couldn't get rid of a man who talked to me about his autistic son.
No, the picture is the right way up but this steep path was the wrong way up to the road, it just led to a deserted building.
Another shot of M in her yellow sun dress, from our trip to the Algarve, Portugal in 1988. I originally posted it yesterday as an add-on to the other similar snap which I prefer but, as requested here it is at full size.
The downside to the splendid cliffs along this part of the coast is that the way down and back up was sometimes quite steep and not marked. We took turns to check if the paths led anywhere useful (many were just goat tracks or were blocked by landslides) before taking the children and bags up. It gave me the opportunity to get some nice action photos of M – and quite sexy as the sea breeze blowing the silk against her skin made it rather apparent that she was not wearing anything underneath.

Le Touquet, just south of Calais, the morning after the night’s heavy snowfall.
Well, more zone blanc than zone rouge, you might say! Anyway, the morning dawned with a glorious sky, the air was clear, and it was satisfyingly crisp and crunchy underfoot – so all in all, a perfect and picturesque winter’s day.
I can't work this one out - a female raft spider (Dolomedes fimbriatus) who seemed for all the world to be guarding an egg sac that looks much more like that of a wasp spider (Argiope bruennichi). Coincidence? Maybe I have misidentified the egg sac and it is hers? Any help gratefully received!
your words are like noose around my neck.

Yuba pointing out to me that the dinner I gave him was the wrong dinner and I should give him something else.
Metra 216 leads the passenger special back east through Northbrook, IL. Very unusual to be able to shoot a Metra unit facing towards the city.
The cloud was so big and reflective that it made the light appear to come from the west, during sun rise. It was pretty neat.
The sun has just set, and the Belt of Venus appears over the Mojave Desert. This oblique angle on a dry lake bed looks dull and flat. To see what's out here you have to get up high and look down.
...to go swimming
i replaced the picture and made a new one, because i don´t like the halo effect and i think that this one is much better than the other
As one would expect on any trip in which I was involved, the sun only came out in Wales when we didn't want it.
