WPs 7125 and 7056 wait for departure from Vadodara with 55 Fast Pass on 20/10/78. Not the best of shots, I'm afraid, Kodachrome II is a bit limited after sunset, but this is the only shot I have of a double-header on BG passenger. From memory the load was 20 or 21 bogies.

Western Pacific 3515 was built in April 1967. 3515 is seen here making a visit to Denver, around 1971 or so. In 1982, it would become part of the Union Pacific roster after the 1982 merger with the WP. Three years later, it would be renumbered to UP 664. The unit would be retired in 1993 and sold to the Kansas City Southern. It would be rebuilt into a GP40-2 by Morrison-Knudsen before being delivered, at which time it became KCS 4778. It would be renumbered to KCS 2823 and is still doing work on the KCS system.
