don't let anyone change you, be yourself. be a strong person. don't worry about what people think of you, your opinion means the most to you.

Clem: "It will be fine, sugar. I will be right here. Promise."

Juni; " You still don't have your hair...what if she does the same to me?"

Clem: " You gotta have faith in her. Watch, I will have my hairs back soon enough."

Juni: " If you say so..."

All you've got to worry about is when the next wave is coming :)

they make good practice; better than the traditional cat or dog. extreme telephoto focal lengths are highly challenging. it's a struggle just to get over the technical problems, but once you do you have to catch the subject doing something visually interesting. even with a flash (which has to be direct at subject distances like this, which brings up the problem of harsh shadows and red-eye), you still have to have impeccable handholding technique just to frame the subject. tripods or monopods are pretty much out, as they limit mobility too much. and once that decisive moment starts to happen, you have to resist the urge to jab the shutter, which would throw off your composition and probably induce camera shake. with all these technical variables to worry about, it's nice to be able to work with animals that are used to humans; at least you don't also have to worry about them running away before you can even line up your first shot.

should he be crippled for life??or could he survive without me??

This is from a selection of my quick-fire drawings where I try and draw too fast to fully realise what I'm actually drawing. Some of them work and some of them obviously don't - but either way it's a fun and enlightening (maybe not in the spiritual sense) experience.
