Guatemalan Worry People: There is a story when the Maya Indians of the Guatemala have worries, they tell them to worry people then put them under their pillows at night. By morning the worry people have taken their worries away.
Today the washing machine had an uneven load and started banging around. Finnegan was petrified! To the extreme that he shivered and shook and hid under the bed. It was cute at the time, but now 3 hours later he is still very concerned about the Monster in the laundry room:)

No worries, I haven't been demoted from a college photographer to an elementary school photographer (not yet anyway). So what was I doing there? Well you see, many of the students in the college's Teacher Education program carry out their practicum (i.e. in-service training) at Pavaiai Elementary School, and one of these students invited me to the culmination of her practicum, which was a multi-class presentation on the subject of FREEDOM.
So that's little Abraham Lincoln here, delivering a famous address, with his teacher keeping a steadying hand on his "podium" so the whole thing doesn't go toppling over.
