Richard hadn't been able to sleep well since the incident in Paris. Diego's report on Mikko's actions lingered in his mind, filling it with doubts. Did they really know Mikko? The speed and coldness with which he had shot the saboteur seemed unsettling. Lost in his thoughts, Richard tried to piece things together, but he always ended up with more questions than answers.
Almost at dawn, his phone rang, abruptly pulling him out of his reverie. It was one of the technicians from the monitoring room, his voice urgent. "Richard, there's a new disturbance in the timeline. You need to come to the Ministry immediately." Without wasting a second, Richard got ready, knowing that this could be the opportunity he needed to investigate Mikko more thoroughly. He wondered if there was a connection between Mikko and the recent events that seemed to emerge without explanation.
Upon arriving at the Ministry, Richard went straight to the monitoring room, where the screens displayed temporal anomalies at various points in history. While assessing the situation, he couldn't stop thinking about Mikko. Determined, he began to review Mikko's records and history, looking for any clue that could shed light on his true identity and intentions. Deep down, he feared that Mikko might be linked in some way to the temporal disturbances that had started to appear suddenly. The truth, he thought, had to come to light before it was too late

Every photographer has a location he dreams about. The location, the sight, that attracts him for years. It brings worries of possible disappointment, makes you build plans. And finally one day it happens somehow.
2020 broke all our plans and let the other things happen, we've visited this distant located small town. About 450 km there and back. Our regions are quite big:-) But it was worth it - no rain, but lovely sunsets and sunrises, good company and a lot of wild berries and mushrooms. All that the best vacation may give you.
Here you can see the classic sight of this town - the churches built in XVIII century and a piece of local Lala river.

The Quiraing in the north of Skye is a fascinating and weird landscape. The Quiraing (Scottish Gaelic: Cuith-Raing) is a landform on the eastern face of Meall na Suiramach, the northernmost summit of the Trotternish escarpment on the Isle of Skye, Scotland. It takes the form of a craterous hollow surrounded by a high rampart of rock. Within the hollow is a raised plateau the size of a football field, known as the Table. Other distinctive features of the landscape are the Needle, a jagged pinnacle rising to 120 feet (37 m), and the Prison, a mass of rock resembling a medieval keep.
Like the rest of the Trotternish escarpment, the Quiraing was formed when a thick layer of flood basalt spread over the peninsula and destabilized the weak sedimentary rocks below, causing a succession of landslides. It has been renowned for its fantastical appearance since the Victorian period. The poet Alexander Smith dubbed it "a nightmare of nature".
There was evidence of landslips while I was there. One of the steep grassy slopes had slid right to the bottom leaving a patch of rich dark earth as if all the turf had been lifted for a football pitch. And there had obviously been a sizeable rock fall with debris obliterating the path along the escarpment. In places the path is just a notch cut into the hillside making me wonder if the weight of walkers might be enough to start it sliding down the hill. Perhaps more likely in wet weather. And in many places the worn path, perhaps barely a foot wide, narrowed to half that where one side had disappeared down the slope. It worried me a bit as I wandered along: do I worry about boulders crashing down from above or worry about the path collapsing below my feet? Oh well, I failed to spot any bodies down below, and I hadn't heard of any deaths at the Quiraing in the News. Mind you the News is full of so much other stuff these days it is quite likely such an event would be unreported.

Shooting the Golden Gate Bridge from Baker Beach is one of the best spots to capture it from. Tip, don't worry if it's overcast, sometimes those make some of the best mood shots. Try to capture it at dawn or dusk when we have that magic blue sky.
This precision flying team of Australian Wood Ducks had no worries with the wet runway at our local pond!
