The director of the annual Chalk Festival finishes up this piece on the fourth day. Robin VanLear and her helpers lay down a very large and ambitious piece each year which often takes more than the weekend to finish.
La gente me pregunta porqué lo acepto, porqué hay veces que me entrego al 200% siendo que después mi rendimiento será del 50%, porqué paso noches enteras sin dormir o cambio horas de diversión por horas de trabajo.
Pero cuando las noches sin dormir, las tazas de café y el tiempo invertido en trabajo se convierten en elogios, reconocimiento, satisfacción y aprendizaje hacen que todo valga la pena y pueda disfrutar al 201% de momentos con mi gente.
No me importa lo que los otros piensen, si les parece bien o mal lo que hago, sólo sé que es una elección mÃa y que estoy aprendiendo sobre temas que me apasionan. Empiezo a ver buenos resultados y creer más en mà misma, quiero cambiar la manera de ver las cosas porqué solo soy una persona más que intentará usar sus recursos para concienciar.

saw these people working on Bengaluru Metro project in the evening while getting back from work. this was a great frame.

The Union Pacific heritage of this leased Illinois Railway locomotive is evident as it sits at the quarry at Spring Valley, IL, with a couple hoppers for ballast for use on its LaSalle-Zearing line. A former BN caboose is at the rear of the train.

The StreetScooter Work is an electric van developed and produced by Deutsche Post. These vans are built in Aachen, so these ones are probably brand new, just coming from the factory.
Been off work for 20 weeks due to shoulder surgery back in January. Been hell, hell, hell & more hell, so so so glad to get back to the grindstone. :-))))))))))))))))))))
