I have these hydrangea-like flowers in my yard. I planted them but for the life of me I cannot remember what they are called. Anyone able to help me out? They have smaller petals than a hydrangea and their leaf is different.
I was so grateful for cooler weather today as we worked hard to finish up the painting. I took a break from my manual labor (hee hee) to capture a few flower shots in the shady part of the yard!
By the way, I was looking through some of my older photos and couldn't believe how dark some of them were. I am playing around in CS4, trying to figure out how to do that muted look I love so much. Bear with me as I learn!
Have a sweet Sunday everyone!
Not me.. Sarah's brother hard at work yesterday. I t was nearly dark and we were still working. I turned round to see this image and ran inside to get my camera! Dark, dusty and raining, high ISO but I still love it :)

The view from my desk. According to our staff handbook, we have a duty to keep our desks in reasonable order. I like my hands to be doing things, whether that's doodling, sewing, or making endless paper birds. After about a year, the pile of little birds was getting a bit much for some people. So I decided that my desk domain extends vertically, and claimed this beam space for some suspended cranes. I think they look rather nice.

Things have been really busy at work lately - mostly, perhaps, because the tasks I do are new to me and I've got no one in my company to seek help from. I google, read tutorials, check support forums, etc... The upside is of course that I am able to learn new stuff, adding to my skills - but it can get really overwhelming at times..! Maaya (Pullip Latte) visited me at work last week and knows what I am talking about. ;)

TGIF. Had a lift to work this morning. It’s been very busy this morning but also enjoyable. Nice meeting up with people and having a bit of a chat with others. Off out for a meal with my fabulous boyfriend. 💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋
Images taken from the slate mine in Llanberis at a quarry called Dinorwic. A stunningly amazing location to visit and certainly worth a wander. I could have spent weeks just at this single location
