In modern society today, people often walk past modern architecture without truly appreciating its dynamic nature. Architecture has always been the cumulative response of resources coming together to form and create an expression of thought and idea, every one of these structures uniquely designed for the express purpose to communicate and saturate the advancing environment around us. This series is focused on the celebration of communication and distribution that essentially alters the space we thrive in, modern architecture is a story of the human footprint. My work highlights the dynamic repetition in man-made structures, in both form and design; utilizing light and shadow to frame and compose spatial art. I hope to detail the meticulous process that demands precision and complex ingenuity, to elevate architecture as a medium of art.
Most of us, who have not been able to travel the world, often experience famous architecture like the Eiffel Tower and the Golden Gate bridge through photographs; it perplexes me though, that only these supposed tourist attractions are worthy of our attention and appreciation. Which is why I’ve chosen to shoot places only within the city, of the environment that currently surrounds us, to bring forth a perspective that is familiar but not truly experienced. I refer to my series as a celebration, the idea of festivities alone is enough to incite imagery of fireworks and colour, which is why I actively developed upon creating compositions bursting with dynamic chromaticity and consistency.
Final edits: layering, mask, cropping, removing spots that take away from the composition, changes in saturation and lighting.

Questa follia architettonica, ordinata nel 1880 dal gran visir, era dettata da un'ossessione: evitare che spose e le concubine si incontrassero. Questa grande dimora antica è un labirinto architettonico e non a caso. Qualunque occhio esperto rileverà la complessità del groviglio delle corti e dei giardini, tessuti attorno a 160 camere, su 8 ettari: l’architetto marocchino dell’epoca ha dovuto risolvere un rompicapo diplomatico, imposto dal gran visir. Il potente Sidi Moussa decise infatti di far erigere questo palazzo per la sua amante preferita, da cui il nome di Bahia, "la bella". Doveva accogliere le sue 4 spose, le sue 24 concubine e i loro innumerevoli bambini… senza che queste donne si accorgessero mai dei loro rispettivi giardini! Una sfida la cui costruzione durò dieci anni, monopolizzando i migliori artigiani del reame ed espropriando molti vicini comproprietari. Il palazzo della Bahia di Marrakech è situato nella "Mellah" della città, l'antico quartiere ebraico della città. È facile arrivare dalla piazza Jemaa-el-Fna prendendo la via Riad Zitoun, che sbocca molto vicino all'entrata del palazzo. Si tratta di una costruzione del 1880 che è appartenuta a Ba Ahmed, un vecchio ministro del Marocco, ed è uno dei palazzi più impressionanti della città, con dei cortili incredibili, molto tipici dell'architettura araba. La vegetazione abbonda all'interno, soprattutto gli aranci, così tipici di questo paese. I materiali di costruzione sono eccezionali: marmo italiano, pavimenti di zelliges, pannelli di stucco, soffitti di cedro… Ba Ahmed aveva 4 mogli e 24 concubine e tutte vivevano con lui in questa meraviglia.

Romania, Transilvania, in a small village where there is no water in most of the houses inside. I took two young people wanting to go to the town with me and went together, in the way to visit his grand-parents. One of them had the same, but as I used to see them without decoration, the other was this. New and old, combined!
And proud, they are not like the others!
I was feeling bad, so had to go and try them out, that was the last place I expected to see a Harry Potter affiche! So the world is not so big after all...

Each day in Easter Week, the Diocese of Cork, Cloyne and Ross published a photograph without words to illustrate Easter and Holy Week 2020.
Dinan is without doubt one of the most picturesque and best preserved small towns in Brittany. With its medieval Duke’s Castle and 3km-long ramparts dating from the 14th century, half-timbered houses, attractive port at Rance river and cobbled streets filled with art galleries and craft shops, it’s worth a day or more of anyone’s time.

Castelul medieval al Ducilor de Bretania şi vechiul zidul al oraşului construite în secolul al XIV-lea, vechile case cu structură de lemn, micul port şi străduţele pietruite cu mici magazine de obiecte de artizanat şi mini-galerii de artă fac din micul oraş de pe Rance o destinaţie turistică deosebită.

Ghali apre la performance di Martin Garrix per Milano Rocks, sabato 10 settembre 2022 all’Ippodromo Snai San Siro.
Fru di The Jackal ha il compito di presentare Ghali e con lui sul palco come ospiti ci sono Axell, Tedua, Digital Astro, Pyrex, Baby Gang e Charlie Charles.
Ghali Amdouni, alias Ghali, è un rapper italiano. Nato a Milano il 21 Maggio 1993 da genitori tunisini, ha sempre vissuto in Italia, nello specifico a Baggio, periferia milanese.
Ha iniziato ad avvicinarsi all'hip hop utilizzando lo pseudonimo Fobia, mutato successivamente in Ghali Foh. Nel 2011 ha fondato i Troupe D'Elite, gruppo nel quale erano presenti anche il rapper Er Nyah (ora conosciuto come Ernia), la cantante Maite e il produttore Fonzie (ora conosciuto come Fawzi).
Il 26 Gennaio 2018 Ghali ha pubblicato il suo singolo Cara Italia, brano cult che ha superato le 128milioni di visualizzazioni su YouTube, venendo certificato triplo disco di platino nel giro di un mese e restando stabilmente ai vertici delle classifiche di airplay del paese per settimane. Un successo straordinario che segna il coronamento di un percorso lungo 4 anni che porta Ghali alla ribalta come vero e proprio riferimento della musica italiana ed europea.
Gianluca Colucci, in arte Fru è un attore e comico italiano nato nel 1995. Fru è uno dei membri del gruppo comico The Jackal insieme a Simone Ruzzo, Ciro Priello, Fabio Balsamo, Claudia Napolitano e Aurora Leone.
Arrivato nel gruppo comico solamente nel 2016, undici anni dopo la fondazione della società di produzione The Jackal, Fru nel 2020 è entrato a far parte del cast della nuova serie italiana originale Netflix in collaborazione con i The Jackal, insieme a Fabio Balsamo, Generazione 56K e nel 2021 è uno dei comici in gara nel comedy show di Amazon, LOL: Chi ride è fuori e nel 2022 è in coppia con Aurora Leone nella nuova edizione di Pechino Express 2022 – La Rotta dei sultani.
Axell è nato in Senegal, ma a 12 anni si è trasferito a Torino nel quartiere Barriera di Milano. Parla francese e italiano, due lingue che si mischiano nelle sue canzoni e che gli danno un sapore internazionale, transalpino, ma unito alla fame, alla rabbia e a quel rap italiano che inevitabilmente ha assorbito nel quartiere torinese dove è cresciuto. Suona il pianoforte e la tromba, ama il rap, ma ascolta anche musica classica, la sua ultima canzone, Que Pasa, è stata condivisa anche dal calciatore interista Hachraf Hakimi. Le sue peculiarità artistiche hanno attirato l’attenzione di Ghali ed Axell ha firmato per Sto Records e ha pubblicato Que Pasa.
Tedua, pseudonimo di Mario Molinari (Genova, 21 febbraio 1994[2]), è un rapper italiano. Precedentemente noto come Incubo o Duate, è uno dei componenti di Wild Bandana, collettivo musicale genovese di cui fanno parte anche Izi, Vaz Tè, Guesan e Ill Rave.
Digital Astro, al secolo Rida Amaouch, è un artista classe 2000. Nasce ad Acireale da genitori marocchini e comincia ad avere contatti con la musica sin dalla tenera età avvicinandosi a diversi generi che lo porteranno a creare uno stile molto personale. Nel 2017 conosce il producer Sadturs che si rivelerà essere una figura chiave nel suo cammino e con il quale formerà la più classica delle coppie rapper-producer.
Nel 2020 viene notato proprio da Ghali che, intuendone le grandi potenzialità, decide di inserirlo nella cantera di Sto Records facendogli firmare il suo primo contratto. I suoi primi singoli ufficiali “Preghiera per il blocco” e “Tutto Passa” vengono fin da subito apprezzati dal pubblico che iniziano a conoscere il mondo di Digital Astro. Questo ruota attorno al racconto delle difficoltà che i ragazzi delle nuove generazioni devono affrontare.
Dark Pyrex, detto anche Principe Pyrex o Prynce, è il letterato della Dark Polo Gang. Il suo vero nome è Dylan Thomas Cerulli ed è nato nel 1994 da padre romano e madre afro-americana di New York.
Incontra Dark Side, Tony Effe e Wayne da adolescente a scuola. Inizia a rappare con loro per gioco, finché Sick Luke, figlio di Duke Montana, li convince a fare le cose sul serio confezionando i primi beat. Nasce così Dark Polo Gang, collettivo che inizialmente è addirittura un quintetto, insieme a un altro ragazzo romano, Bangerz.
Baby Gang, pseudonimo di Zaccaria Mouhib, è un rapper italiano di origini marocchine. Nasce a Lecco nel 2001 e a partire dagli undici anni passa gli anni tra carceri minorili e comunità educative.
Nel 2018 pubblica Street, il suo primo singolo, ma poco dopo viene arrestato e condannato alla detenzione nel carcere minorile Beccaria di Milano, dal quale esce grazie all’intervento di Don Claudio Burgio che lo porta nella propria comunità. Nel 2019 pubblica i singoli Fuck la Pula, Educazione e Cella 1. Ottiene un discreto successo nel 2020 grazie alla collaborazione con la 167 Gang nel singolo Baby Gang e Bimbi Soldato con Sacky. Dopo una lunga serie di singoli, nel 2021 pubblica prima EP1, progetto di 7 brani con le collaborazioni di Il Ghost, Omar, Neima Ezza, Rondodasosa e Escomar. Per fine agosto è previsto Delinquente, il suo primo disco ufficiale pubblicato per Warner Music Italy.
Charlie Charles, pseudonimo di Paolo Alberto Monachetti, è un produttore discografico e disc jockey italiano, ritenuto tra i principali esponenti della scena hip hop e trap italiana degli anni 2010.
Charlie Charles inizia la sua carriera ascoltando e producendo musica elettronica e techno, dedicandosi anche alla composizione di colonne sonore. Dopo diversi cambi di scuola, abbandonò le superiori per dedicarsi solo alla musica, creando a Seguro un proprio studio di registrazione. Intorno allo stesso periodo conosce il rapper Sfera Ebbasta, intraprendendo una collaborazione musicale culminata nel 2015 con l'album in studio XDVR. Il 2015 segna inoltre la collaborazione con Marracash per l'etichetta discografica indipendente Roccia Music, producendo vari brani e album con Ghali, Tedua, Izi, Gué Pequeno e la Dark Polo Gang, oltre a Sfera Ebbasta.
West Germans and citizens of other Western countries could generally visit East Germany, often after applying for a visa at an East German embassy several weeks in advance. Visas for day trips restricted to East Berlin were issued without previous application in a simplified procedure at the border crossing. However, East German authorities could refuse entry permits without stating a reason. In the 1980s, visitors from the western part of the city who wanted to visit the eastern part had to exchange at least DM 25 into East German currency at the poor exchange rate of 1:1. It was forbidden to export East German currency from the East, but money not spent could be left at the border for possible future visits. Tourists crossing from the west had to also pay for a visa, which cost DM 5; West Berliners did not have to pay this.
West Berliners initially could not visit East Berlin or East Germany at all - all crossing points were closed to them between 26 August 1961 and 17 December 1963. In 1963, negotiations between East and West resulted in a limited possibility for visits during the Christmas season that year (Passierscheinregelung). Similar, very limited arrangements were made in 1964, 1965 and 1966.
In 1971, with the Four Power Agreement on Berlin, agreements were reached that allowed West Berliners to apply for visas to enter East Berlin and East Germany regularly, comparable to the regulations already in force for West Germans. However, East German authorities could still refuse entry permits.
East Berliners and East Germans could not, at first, travel to West Berlin or West Germany at all. This regulation remained in force essentially until the fall of the wall, but over the years several exceptions to these rules were introduced, the most significant being:
Elderly pensioners could travel to the West starting in 1965
Visits of relatives for important family matters
People who had to travel to the West for professional reasons (for example, artists, truck drivers, musicians, writers, etc.)
However, each visit had to be applied for individually and approval was never guaranteed. In addition, even if travel was approved, GDR travellers could exchange only a very small amount of East German Marks into Deutsche Marks (DM), thus limiting the financial resources available for them to travel to the West. This led to the West German practice of granting a small amount of DM annually (Begrüßungsgeld, or welcome money) to GDR citizens visiting West Germany and West Berlin to help alleviate this situation.
Citizens of other East European countries were in general subject to the same prohibition of visiting Western countries as East Germans, though the applicable exception (if any) varied from country to country.
Allied military personnel and civilian officials of the Allied forces could enter and exit East Berlin without submitting to East German passport controls, purchasing a visa or being required to exchange money. Likewise, Soviet military patrols could enter and exit West Berlin. This was a requirement of the post-war Four Powers Agreements. A particular area of concern for the Western Allies involved official dealings with East German authorities when crossing the border, since Allied policy did not recognize the authority of the GDR to regulate Allied military traffic to and from West Berlin, as well as the Allied presence within Greater Berlin, including entry into, exit from, and presence within East Berlin.
The Allies held that only the Soviet Union, and not the GDR, had authority to regulate Allied personnel in such cases. For this reason, elaborate procedures were established to prevent inadvertent recognition of East German authority when engaged in travel through the GDR and when in East Berlin. Special rules applied to travel by Western Allied military personnel assigned to the Military Liaison Missions accredited to the commander of Soviet forces in East Germany, located in Potsdam.
Allied personnel were restricted by policy when travelling by land to the following routes:
Transit between West Germany and West Berlin
Road: the Helmstedt-Berlin autobahn (A2) (Checkpoints Alpha and Bravo respectively). Soviet military personnel manned these checkpoints and processed Allied personnel for travel between the two points. Military personnel were required to be in uniform when traveling in this manner.
Rail: Western Allied military personnel and civilian officials of the Allied forces were forbidden to use commercial train service between West Germany and West Berlin, because of GDR passport and customs controls when using them. Instead, the Allied forces operated a series of official (duty) trains that traveled between their respective duty stations in West Germany and West Berlin. When transiting the GDR, the trains would follow the route between Helmstedt and Griebnitzsee, just outside of West Berlin. In addition to persons traveling on official business, authorized personnel could also use the duty trains for personal travel on a space-available basis. The trains traveled only at night, and as with transit by car, Soviet military personnel handled the processing of duty train travelers.
Entry into and exit from East Berlin
Checkpoint Charlie (as a pedestrian or riding in a vehicle)
As with military personnel, special procedures applied to travel by diplomatic personnel of the Western Allies accredited to their respective embassies in the GDR. This was intended to prevent inadvertent recognition of East German authority when crossing between East and West Berlin, which could jeopardize the overall Allied position governing the freedom of movement by Allied forces personnel within all Berlin.
Ordinary citizens of the Western Allied powers, not formally affiliated with the Allied forces, were authorized to use all designated transit routes through East Germany to and from West Berlin. Regarding travel to East Berlin, such persons could also use the Friedrichstraße train station to enter and exit the city, in addition to Checkpoint Charlie. In these instances, such travelers, unlike Allied personnel, had to submit to East German border controls
