Workers prepare a wire saw that will be used to cut through concrete along the length of the dock.

The way I routed the wires inside the case...

I call this one the steam punk wrap because of the gear

I always thought the telephone pole in my back yard had way too many wires coming off of it. They do form interesting angles though.

This wire sculpture was a project for our class. I absolutely love this! And, frankly, I never knew I could do it! I had a few ideas before this, but it all failed. So, I just had a sudden brain fart! I said, "Why don't I just make an elephant!" So I did! Then along the way, I thought that just one elephant would be boring and lonely. So I added a baby elephant to be by her side. :) So yeah. I made it overnight. Remind me not to cram again! Gaaah! >.< I tell ya, it wasn't easy making this. Well, I'm thankful I got a good grade for this. It was worth it. :)

Hope you guys like it! :D

This piece is called "Michelles"

Inspired by my friend, Michelle. She adores elephants! Love you, Mich! Miss you! :)

It had this wire as a perch when in a feeding stage .... very regular at this station.

...had fun using this Serenar 50/1.8 the past few weeks, it certainly lived up to its reputation

ZURB Wired 2014: Meet Sacred Heart Community Services, a bay area non-profit organization that is celebrating 50 years of helping end poverty. We’re working alongside their team to help them with their holiday campaign and celebrating their 50th anniversary! We'll work on brand strategy and design for their campaign, including a website, brochures, posters and other goodies.

The ZURB Wired 24-hour marathon is where our team and the team from one lucky local nonprofit get together to do something great in 24 hours. We spend the day helping the nonprofit solve a big challenge; whether it be marketing for an upcoming event, or completely overhauling their brand; and we get it all done in 24 hours.

Manhattan Beach, LA, that is...

This is from one of my favorite abstract shoots, taken earlier this spring. It's the junction of two pieces of wire fence on a farm near Esko, MN. The twists and turns of the connecting wire reminded me of sort of a digital signature, which is why I've titled in such a manner.

Polymer Clay, no varnish, no glaze just handsanding and polishing.

Look up. Not much going on this day, so I had to be a little creative with some editing, and took a photo of something we all see, everyday and don't pay much attention to.
