This is just a picture that I took in my neighborhood, on Dogwood La. and decided to mess around with in Photoshop and Lightroom. It lools like they recently had the front window replaced. It probably had a larger bay window, like our house at one time, and they decided to go with a flat, smaller window instead. Nice looking raised ranch up on a hill. We have such an interesting neighborhood of hoouses, all built in the 50s, by the same construction crews. A lot of them look very similar. I took this image early in the morning, in June at around 6:30 a.m.

Los Angeles skyline at night view from Griffith Observatory. Griffith Observatory is a great place to take day or nighttime pictures of the skyline of LA. To take this photo I used a 135mm zoom. I cropped the photo with Photoshop to show only the part of Los Angeles that is famous at night. The wallpaper of LA can be viewed by right-clicking the photo and choosing the resolution of your choice.

Well here is one for my 365 Days Group. I am starting to fall behind and, even though it was raining yesterday, I still managed to get out and snap some shots. This is downtown Meriden, at the corner of Church St. and Colony St.

How Timely! I walked across the east bound Chesapeake Bay Bridge today. It was lovely, The sun was bright and warming, the winds were calm. Sixteen thousand people quietly and peacefully participated. I loved this shot from my phone with the stair shadows on the concrete pillar, the tugboat pulling a barge, traffic on the other bridge and a glimpse of other participants.

Such a beautiful old Plymouth from the 1930s that I saw parked at "Class Act" car wash on the Research Pkwy.
At 12:30p.m. I went out to run a couple of errands, and remembered that this car was sitting by, where I happened to be. So, I went over and took a bunch of pictrues of this Pontiac Lemans 1974, in Meriden CT, over on Thorpe Ave.

Kind of a Sketch painting, using the Topaz Simplify plug-in filter in PS. So many different adjustments, I must have spent an hour on this, and am not sure I even got what I wanted. But it is unique. And I love tie Fall Colors in the image. I took this, looking up Woodmere Knoll, which is right down the street from where I live and grew up. I like the wide angle lens used as well.

A Photo of a lovely Ford LTD from 1974 in Pristine condition. This is a pic of the rear of the car, back bumper and tail lights. The LTDs were Ford's Flagship model, up until they changed the name to Crown Victoria in the 1980s.

86/365 Days Project. A picture of the cloverleaf building that sits at the corner of East Main Street and Bee Street. About 30 some odd years ago, there was an old gin mill sitting here, before it was knocked down and replaced with this office bldg. The bar, was called, "The Cloverleaf".
