This is my mother's german dachshund. But he is as much mine because he has lived with me from time to time. He is 15 years, going on 16.

Living room, at the Doctor's House, in Black Creek Pioneer Village; North York, Ontario.

This is how you move window frames from one place to another.

Window frame in the museum in Greenwich.

Modern villa, interior, beautiful kitchen

This one sat on my windowframe. I tried to move him/her to get the whole body into shot and got this far but after this shot s/he flew away.

I honestly don't know if it was a cricket (good) or a locust (bad). It would have been hard to destroy if it were the latter.

HELP please

We all have our lives, we all have our stories. We all stand alone in the face of life.

I like the simplicity of these figures and the burnt out window frame.

Someone just moved into this new apartment in Brunswick, Melbourne.

Passing through the town of Orangeville, Illinois I spotted this cat sitting in the window enjoying the Sun.

September 13, 2019 - "Described as either a floating workhorse or a mechanical gold pan, Gold Dredge 8 extracted millions of ounces of gold from the frozen Alaskan ground. Today, Gold Dredge 8 National Historic District serves as a monument to the hard working miners who built Fairbanks. Gold Dredge 8 is also a National Engineering Landmark.

Gold Dredge 8 operated between 1928 and 1959 and played an essential role in mining and the economy of the Tanana Valley. It is said that dredges and mining saved Fairbanks. In 1942, gold mining suffered a serious setback; the War Productions Board issued it’s famous Order L-208 which forced the closure of all gold mines in the United States for the duration of World War II. After the war was over, very few mines re-opened. By the time the war ended, the miners that once ran the gold mines were in other professions and their wage levels had increased too high for gold mining to support. But Gold Dredge 8 was one of the few mines that did re-open and ran successfully until it was shut down for economic reasons in 1959.

In 1984, the dredge was opened for tours. The Binkley family has run a successful sternwheel attraction for over 60 years and added gold mine tours in 1994. They have been working to share our rich gold mining history with visitors ever since." Previous text from the following website: golddredge8.com

Holy bodacious boobs, Batman!

The Canary Islands has built itself an image based on beautiful beaches, impressive weather conditions and a friendly atmosphere. What people might not know about this archipelago is that it’s home to some real architectural gems too. The Spanish colonial period brought with it the European Gothic and Neoclassical architecture of the time. Canarian architecture has evolved throughout the years, and today, classic design, modernism and nature blend in harmony on the archipelago.

As a typical stereotype girl, this is the only way I remember how to use screwdrivers, and manage any type of "turning object"...including the faucet outdoors for the hose!

Is the windowframe rising or sinking? Up to you to decide. I am waiting there for her, Viva, ....onthe beach.

The window is open...will she jump out or will I climb inside?
