There is a wind farm close to where my favorite dark sky location is. Stopped to get a pic after the sun set, but before it got too dark.

I know that some of you are used to seeing these across your state, but we here just finally able to use that good 'ol Kansas wind for something good. For some reason, I am just fascinated by these things. I think they are cool to look at. There are literally hundreds of them across the countryside.
I like the way this picture turned out.

Not bad. Skin was relatively thin, the soup was flavorful and ample, but the meat filling itself was a bit too firm for me. But an acceptible bun, all things considered (which is a compliment in my book).
I think they are 6 for $3.60. Can't beat the price, really.
