Palomino wild stallions are a rare sight. I can only think of four out of all the wild stallions I have seen. This absolutely magnificent stallion is known as Bobby and has a beautiful little band.

Wild weather on a coastal walk. The wind was buffeting me so hard I couldn’t hold the camera still! I still like the image.
A wild Goshawk photographed in Germany. This male is fanning out its under-tail coverts. I've had many amazing wildlife experiences but being underneath the piercing stare of a wild Goshawk is certainly up there!!
By early August, wild Alaskan blueberries will be ready for picking. In fact, all of Alaska's wild berries will be harvested in August. As residents wander through the forests and hillsides in search of their favorite berries - the bears are doing the same thing. Also sharing the forest at the same time, are hunters who want to harvest their winters meat.
When you put the whole scene together - you picture; folks with buckets bending over the forest floor picking berries, as bears tiptoe by wanting their share of the fruit, and hunters with guns at the ready, in search of wild game. Now what could possibly go wrong? LOL

Powerful deep blue waves crashing into the rocks near Admirals Arch at the south western tip of Kangaroo Island. It was incredibly wild and windy, and exhilarating to think that the ocean was all that was between me and Antartica.

l am wild and free!! Wondering through the Soft tender wild lush pastures scorched by the suns warmth and light in their golden brown hues so tender glistening with the golden sun. Earths rich trees fade to the shadows blowing in the wind and air wrapped in the silk clouds. As the birds finish their final hums the sky's turn peach with light that transcends through out time and space moments warm the soul... I am wild and free.... Freedom resides deep within You!!

The Río Grande del Norte National Monument was established on March 25, 2013 by Presidential Proclamation. The landscape is comprised of rugged, wide open plains at an average elevation of 7,000 ft (2,133 m), dotted by volcanic cones, and cut by steep canyons with rivers tucked away in their depths. Within the monument is the Wild Rivers Recreation area which protects the Río Grande and the Red River as wild and scenic rivers. The Rio Grande, shown here, carves an 800 foot deep gorge through layers of volcanic basalt flows and ash. The volcanic cones in the distance is Cerro Chiflo, elevation 7,660 ft (2,335 m).
