Originally from an East Berlin fleamarket, this lovely old radio packed up as soon as it made it to London, so I gutted it, fitted it with a modern speaker attached to an AirTunes wireless access point, and now I can listen to podcasts and mp3s in the kitchen. Result.
(The dial still works if you turn the knob, by the way. Doesn't *do* anything, yet still satisfying.)
