This is an ugly fake picture. But I wish someday Dashboard widget I developed can be seen on this cool device. Multi-touch interface is quite interesting, especially for viewing maps! Definitely I would like to re-write my widget to take advantage of it.

當然這是假的圖,但是希望哪天我寫的 widget 也可以在 iPhone 上 run 喔!那個 multi-touch 功能非常炫,如果要將 urmap 改寫到 iPhone,當然要完全利用那個功能囉!

There's no denying that Delta's A330 fleet is the most prominent aircraft type by the airline, considering that Amsterdam is one of Delta's largest European hubs inherited from Northwest Airlines merger, the carrier uses the A330 as their flagship aircraft with 32 in total, 21 A330-300's with 10 more on-order for delivery from next year leading into 2017, and 11 A330-200's. Amsterdam features a prominent number of A330's by the airline, operating a majority of transatlantic flights with them most notably operating to New York-JFK, Boston-Logan, Minneapolis, Detroit, Portland and Seattle.

One of 21 A330-300's in Delta's fleet, N819NW was originally new to Northwest Airlines in September 2007, transferring to Delta in October 2008 with merger completing in 2010. She is powered by 2 Pratt & Whitney PW4168A engines.

With or without winglets, the Boeing 767 is certainly a majestic bird despite their numbers are being reduced following the introduction of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner...

Delta still remains the largest operator of Boeing 767's anywhere in the world, with 95 examples in service, 74 of which are on the -300 series (in a mix of original and extended range versions) and 21 of the more aesthetic -400ER.

N176DZ is still unusually still flying around without retrofitted blended winglets which has become the norm on the majority of 767-300ER's. There are still a number of 767-300ER's with Delta that lack the massive blended winglets, 8 in total which excludes the standard -300 series are likely not to receive the retrofits. The -400ER on the other cannot receive the winglets owing to the pronounced raked wingtip design.

N176DZ is also quite modern within Delta's fleet, delivered new in April 1999 and although winglet-less, she has received revised interiors since May 2013. She is powered by 2 General Electric CF6-80C2B6F engines.

On a different note, Delta continues its aggressive expansion from Seattle where in recent press releases by the airline they are designating a hub... Which will certainly ruffle the feathers of Alaska Airlines. In regards to what I think about the battle (if you can call it that) between the two airlines, no comment.

Boarduino from AdaFruit modified to accommodate HopeRF RFM12B wireless module. Inspired by JeeNode and Strobit Widget. I just take out the power module from DC Boarduino and take out the USB FTDI module from USB Boarduino, then soldered a few cable jumpers. The Strobit or SPOT or other personality board will come ASAP :)

such a funny sleeping position

Delta Air Lines, Boeing 757 (757-200), N668DN, at La Guardia (Glenn H Curtiss / North Beach / Municipal-La Guardia Field) (LGA / KLGA) New York, USA - October 2002

this is the savis hamster heaven. I had my eye on this for ages and today I wfound out the line was being discontonues and as a result it was reduced to only £60.

I got htis aswell as it is better ventilated in this heat, than his old modular system and it was the only one I though big enough as his old system had loads of space.

First time making a built-in shelf and bay window/window seat:)

I think this is my first attempt at a Javascript widget. I'm a lame coder and it could be easier for people to grab and use, but it seems to work.

This is a shot of an old version of Anxiety, a dashboard widget running through Amnesty Singles that works as a simple to do list. However, I've since abandoned this version, in favor of a sleeker 100% cocoa application, which syncs with iCal and Mail; pictures of the newer version can be found in my flickr photos.

Some auxiliary boards - hardware RAID, video, serial I/O, ethernet.

The purpose of this little doodad is to maintain an exact consistent length when inserting cutting bits into the collet of the CNC machine... I don't have a lot of z axis travel, so this helps me make use of all I've got. All it is, is a blind hole slightly larger in diameter than the bits. I drop the cutter into the hole, use the widget as a handle to insert the cutter into the collet, and hold it up against the face of the collet while I tighten the nut. In addition to consistency, it helps avoid dropping the cutter before I get it tightened, and keeps me from stabbing my finger with a sharp V-mill.

I am a big fan of Stripes on Transpiration Vehicles, Hand lettering, Old Metal Signs and Polaroids. This Shot hit a few of them with one stone. Taken off a Boeing 757 at MCI.

Tuesday it was sunny so I took a walk through the fields. Then with no shelter for miles the weather changed from sunny to torrential rain and I got soaked. These 3 photos were taken about 2 minutes apart. I could see the rain coming...interesting clouds though

At ADHOC, people commented about the number of widgets I had on my desktop, and I thought I'd share.

Windows XP, Zune Theme, Yahoo Widgets, Rocket Dock and JBS to change my wallpaper

Shown are the various planner "widgets" I use. At the top of each page, I put a topic and the date, along with additional notes such as meeting attendees and project info where appropriate.

Moving down the page - regular tasks are in black, work related in red, tasks related to long term goals are blue. All that is required to designate a task vs. something else is a checkbox next to it. I like checking the boxes in a different color.

Also experimenting with using the wallet-size cards to track project-related tasks. Red star * means this task is really important. The little arrow on the lower right corner is something I've used for years to indicate more information is on the other side of this particular piece of paper.
