This years G8 takes place in Japan on July 7th, which is also Tanabata day – a day on which Japanese people traditionally tie their wishes for the future onto bamboo, called the Tanabata tree. Testing an N97 widget and how much sensor information it has access to. This one mostly shows compass and tilt data.
Version 1.5 of the G1 firmware/SDK allows users to create widgets.
They appear in the list of available widgets and the framework seems pretty flexible.
This little twitter widget took less than 20 mins.

The new girl...having some troubles because of her hair color...it was originally more blue *see my fav's* and then when she arrived she was like this. I do think she is beautifull and its not her fault. So im keeping her and wanting to dye her hair back to the marine blue color.
