After we saw the lights at the zoo, we decided to do a lap on the carousel.

Taken south of Big Pine, California in the Owens Valley.

The image is slightly soft, which is a big problem with the Plustek OpticFilm 120 scanner. I would not recommend this scanner until they offer a way to adjust the focus.

One of the most beautiful libraries in the city, second to the Harold Washington downtown, the Independence Park branch is a modern beauty inside and out.

Icicles are such precious creatures. In a way they remind me of unicorn horns. Or perhaps I have been reading too much "Princess in Black."

Taken at the apex of the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, DC. The black stone slicked with rain was the perfect medium to reflect the somber day.

I'm afraid today is even worse than today's title.

My father-in-law had a car accident (car totaled but he's ok) and an hour later, hubby's car broke down and is now at the mechanic.

Really?

We are in the middle of our busy season and I usually just spend all day designing banners but I had to step in and print the orders that had to ship today since hubby is off taking care of his dad and his car.

Good grief, now I'm behind in MY work.

But, I'm NOT giving up my 365! So, here we have a boring "real life" shot but it'll have to do...some days are just....

I'll try to visit later if I get caught up.

Cheers

I could never get bored of the tarmac. Just so much to get planes to do what they do. I appreciate all of you.

It was a #beautiful project, we printed a #picture of a #castle on #paper, then the paper was pasted on #wooden #panels, the result is exceptional.

The Zeiss Biogon 38mm f/4.5 on this camera is a 20mm equivalent when shooting 6x6, it becomes a 30mm when mounted in front of the CFV II 50C digital back.

A little something for Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day and the start of a new series.

This is from the first roll I shot with the Holga 120 WPC I received for Christmas this year. I shot most of the roll in bright sunlight so, the exposure times were a few seconds with Acros 100. I made the image as the sun was setting (it was dark when I finished), so the exposure was around 38 minutes. This camera has a natural vignette that is darker on the left side of the frame than on the right. The very bright area on the right is the result of me sitting in my car listening to the radio and not thinking about the fact that the driving lights were on and shining into the view of the camera. I kind of like the effect it created.
