Image is a #Pharmaceutical #Biochemical welding sample that I made as a 6G Certified TIG and AMI Orbital weldor for www.fluidlinetech.com.
I could do these welds in manual, semi-auto and fully automatic configuration with similar results. Grinding and polishing times were greatly reduced while I was employed at the company.

Another product from the Jacobs Wind Electric Co. Industrial Division. This helmet allowed a welder to easily line up the weld without having to repeatedly raise and lower their mask.
This welding hood was painted my Troy Lee in 1990 or so. It has several original and now rare stickers. I have burned a lot of rod with this hood on.

After 2 years of saying "I would love to take some photos of your welding shop" I finally brought my camera over to John's welding shop. I was not disappointed.
