This week I waited to get the right photo because I had so many ideas in mind. This week took quit the turn on perspective when I walked into this. Oh the mind of a 3 year old, sometimes I wonder what goes on inside that beautiful little head.

Love does not consist in gazing at each other,

but in looking outward together in the same direction.

It is a Tradition of the Catholic faithful to do Visita Iglesia during Holy Week.

Visita Iglesia is a Lenten tradition of Roman Catholics to visit seven churches to contemplate on the passion and sufferings of Jesus Christ and say two Station of the Cross per visit.

Others, visits fourteen.

Week 20's theme was "vintage" and I chose to use a "vintage" edit.

This probably looks extremely rushed, but I love it and I loved this little baby sea turtle! When I walked up to their tank, it popped its adorable little head up and looked straight at me, almost as if they were smiling. :) I know it isn't the best photo and this little one is out of focus, but keep in mind he/she was in a glass tank and we were not allowed to use flash and I am very shaky with my camera. =P

This was taken when Brian's parents were visiting us and they took us to Jekyll Island and the Sea Turtle Hospital/Museum.

So, basically I can't recall what week this was technically taken for, but oh well. I suppose this happens when you let yourself fall behind by four weeks. =/ After I get caught up, I won't let it happen again!

Welcome to Global Week – a celebration of the rich cultural diversity across all three campuses – running from Monday 3 to Friday 7 March 2014.

For the very first time, the Abode of Divine Mother rejoiced an entire week as the whole ashram filled with so many sweet offspring. Wherever you looked, there were babies, toddlers, courageous pregnant women and amazingly open-minded parents and kids from all over the world who came (some for the first time) to spend their holidays together in an unusual and, for many, a very new environment. A daily schedule was created to be appropriate for parents, school-age and kindergarten kids. Activities such as puja, yajna, Bhagavad Gita games, Mother Earth meditation, bhajan singing, dancing, sharing, free time and games showed that spirituality on the bhakti path is not something boring, but brings fun, joy and learning too. The stone for a new era has been laid and is now waiting to be built upon! Jai Gurudev

Bring out the big tent – the circus is in town! Boys & Girls Nite Out is the annual highlight of Boys & Girls Club Week. The Club was transformed into a carnival with food and games like “Chicken in the Pot” and “Ring Toss” where hundreds of Club members (and the volunteers they're paired with) win prizes! Performers from Circus Circus Reno joined in the fun with their world-famous stage show.

This weekend scholars took part in "Get Your Feet Wet," a single class that allows them to try out a subject they have little experience in. Topics they could choose from included Sushi Making, Shibori Tie-Dye, and Oreo Stacking.

I took this last Monday, as well as a bunch of others. I wished I could've gotten more color but everything is just very white right now, especially after we got about two feet of snow on Wednesday!

I have another version of this photo which I will post in comments once I figure out how to. I kind of like this desaturated version but I wish it was a bit more colorful considering my one from last week was completely black and white.

Home! Not sure how long for (have been in hospital for last two weeks with high blood pressure). On bed rest (well, taking a quick photo didn't hurt) but twins are doing well which is the main thing.

Just hope I can hold on for a few more weeks now... It's a balancing act between their well-being and mine.

Used Car Week Nov. 13 at La Quinta Resort and Club in La Quinta, CA.

As soon as I saw that theme for the week, I knew that she had to be the subject. I have always thought she sparkles. Her joy and love of life radiates out in everything that she does. She is always up for a good time and can find the fun in any situation. She is pretty awesome.

This is Igor Kostic, the same Igor that is on one of the photos in my "Dirty Pretty Things" collection. He´s 23 and lives in Reykjavík, recently moved in a new apartment with his Girlfriend who came along in this photoshoot and helped me out with this particular shoot as she held a transparent reflector between Igor and the sun to soften the light a little bit.

Guess I am in the mood for b&w these days, although I set out to take a b&w photo this and last week I didn´t really think about it, guess I am depressed cause the light is slowly dissapearing from the northern hemisphere one day at a time and won´t return in strength till late March. Fortunately I have my trusty 24mm 1.4 lens to help me photograph those nigthscapes till then. The thing is, next week is also a b/w, hehe.

Only lit this with ambient lighting, took this out at Grótta, that´s Esjan in the backround, totally out of focus of course.

33 weeks, 1 day.
