This inspired me to go back to my photography roots and relearn confidence in what I am taking photos of, and just good simple fun. Joanne and I spent the day at Fort Leavenworth at the cemetery and touring and taking pictures of the historic homes.
Will need to wait a while for the two rolls of film to come back!
Located in the 'Korean-American Friendship Park' stands the massive bronze Korean Bell of Friendship. Given to American by the Republic of Korea to honor the soliders lost in the Korean War, the park has become a central community meeting point for all descendants. A warm summer day, the park will fill with hundreds of children looking to take advantage of the warm ocean breezes and soar kites high in the air.
