Little beach relief here. I took for this shot to use as a website main banner (thus the crop). When I get some downtime I'll be posting/archiving to Flickr photos I've used in my capemayX banners. Never realized Flickr is perfect for something like that. Cool!
Waves on New Year's Day at The Palmwood. On the side where the former Crystal Beach Amusement Park sat.
Waves crashing into the wall would double up when they washed out to meet the next wave coming in.

Some waves crashing into the beach at Watch Hill, RI. We got there right as the tide was coming in, which made for some cool waves.

The ocean is at Xavi's command. With a simple motion of his hand, the awesome might of the waves take down an innocent girl in the background.

I love how casual his posture is, as though he was just hanging out on a sidewalk instead of skimming along a wildly-foaming greeny-green wave...

It looks better on Bane - very dashing in fact!
The front waves are simply brushed towards the back.
More trimming is in order however.

This is an image made from my deck of intrepid surfers on a huge break about 2 kms from me. The surfers are towed onto the 10 m waves by jetskis. There was quite a haze that softens the image. Perhaps I should have used a polarising filter?
