Late Christmas present from one of my nephews picked it up yesterday ...she is supposed to wave in the sunlight.....today she hasn't moved

Hi and welcome my friend! Today I'm at the monthly T-girl party that I always visit. Inside the clubhouse my friends and about 150 other T-girls and other open-minded people are partying. I stepped outside for a moment to make some Flickr photos in privacy. It's winter so here at the pool area of the garden no other guests are present. So here we go; let's first welcome you by smiling and waving to you 😄 👋
This tall symmetrical wave form is caused by incoming waves from the North Sea passing through reflected waves from Bridlington's north beach breakwater. Constructive interference aka reinforcement results in a large (2-3m high) wave form.

An encouter with children, playing with the artificial waves produced by fishermens' boats ("bangkas") in the dirty water of in Manila de Bay. The boy was starving. I think i was lucky to catch the very moment he saw us before talking to us and make things turn from being a watcher to being involved, talk a share a little time - finally we took them three to Jollibee, where he rushed on cheap food just as he had never seen such luxury before. Then we bought some new flippers at the market, and then left. I wonder what they're doing now.
Dorset's Jurassic Coast on the 1st day of Spring
Peveril Point is a headland on the east-facing coast of the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset, England, and is part of the town of Swanage. It forms the southern end of Swanage Bay.
Went out with the intention of getting some Poppies tonight with Mr Upfield and drove past this area rather quickly and thought it look fairly interesting. While sitting in a petrol station waiting to meet up with the guys I was watch the light develop on this rather stunning looking wave bar that stretched from Winchester and north east to where we ended up here but the only down side was it had started to break up by the time we got here. I have never seen a wave bar like this in this area and it almost made me wish I was sitting in a duo discuss beating up and down the bar but this will have to do! ;-)
I have to say I thought July was the best time to go Poppy hunting but apparently not, I might have to head Salisbury way at some point soon!
Still very happy with this though and its not often you hear me say that!
