Eagle owl in Falconry

The wind was warm on my cheek. The morning chorus echoed in the valley below in a song that lasted for miles. I was watching the world turn. I saw the earth wake from its slumber to the light of a star.

I have seen the sunrise at the beach for the first time ! It was beautiful and I felt like a small teddy bear in a big world. I hope we go back soon, but my mum says she has something called "coronavirus", which is something bad that lots of people can catch, but not bears, and that she has to rest for a few days. We have spent a lot of time in bed and I have discovered that snuggling with your mum and a cat is quite cozy, as long as the cat is asleep. My mum says not to worry, she feels better already and we will go back to the beach soon.

A sunny Sunday afternoon in the Kurpark.

Bad Oeynhausen is a nice little town in East Westphalia, famous as a spa centre for more than a century. My favourite place in town is the Kurpark (spa gardens) with beautiful garden architecture and historical buildings of the early days of the spa era. This Saturday we enjoyed the perfect Autumn sun in the park.

Spend less time watching other people live their lives, and spend more time enjoining your own ♥

This duck was watching a seal as he was munching on his fish catch. I'm not sure on what type of duck this was; I was too far away to get a clear shot.
