This area was rerouted to move the trail off an old road bed and off of a small private inholding within FS lands. The trail traverses a meadow that is saturated during the rainy season

Photos from The Enchantments. Soaking up the fall season while the larches are in their prime time. The landscape changed as the sun rose higher. Started with golden misty morning views with a finale of an unreal blue lake. It was great to see so many people enjoying a day hike or backpacking further!
