Wee Wander is finished! I was so thrilled to finish this quilt today and give it to Tabby. I love every bit of it and feel like everything turned out exactly the way I wanted it to. So pleased I went with the blue border, pink binding. Blog post to come.

With the weather improving and temperatures increasing I took a walk around the West End of Edinburgh with my friend Norman and took a mixture of Architecture, street, nature and abstract images. It was a very nice afternoon, even discovering some new hidden spots, and I'm quite pleased with the results.

A wander around Lochend Park and St. Margaret's Loch either side of a trip to the shops. My 24-105mm is a bit limiting but the 50.6Mp of the Canon 5DSR allows me to crop without losing all that much quality. Practicing my panning, focusing and metering.

The second day of our hike had much better weather. We went from Unterberg down over several hills to Kleinzell and then took a train home to Vienna.
