There's nothing more annoying than when someone falls asleep on the sofa and starts snoring whilst you're trying to read! Especially when that person is yourself!!

Always love multiple exposure shots and think they're great fun. This was done by blending the two images in photoshop where the trick to these shots is using a tripod and keeping the lighting and focus the same between each shot to make it easier to blend.

The morning has come and time for the boats to go to sea, maybe...

ªnd stop yawning, karmen

Cleo wasn't hissing, but stretching out every muscle from a leisurely nap on my window sill. The yawn was just enough for effect!

Short piecing day with WakeUp from Flint, MI. Good dude, loves Richard Marx....

My last phot of this year. Personally, I think it is my best photo so far. Almost four years ago, I took a picture of my son in the same beach, and the effect on the water is very similar. This is why I call my son The Master of the Water. www.flickr.com/photos/a_life_shot_in_blackandwhite/595643...

Saltwater may be the answer for all, whether it be the sea, sweat or tears.

May you all have an amazing 2015.

Peace, light and love for all.

Polar wake up call!.

We've had a few days of sun after lots of rain, so I took advantage of the nice weather today to do some cleanup in the native-plant garden. When I was moving rocks to make it easier to rake, I uncovered this alligator lizard, all curled up and asleep. As you can see, she doesn't look too happy with me. But after I took a couple of pictures, I put her back in a nice thick bed of leaves and she burrowed under again. These lizards probably don't truly hibernate, or not deeply anyway, around here, so I'm sure she'll be no worse for the wear after her rude awakening this morning.

For those that don't want to wake up we're sending in the special forces. Works every time. :)
