191105: With my ancient gouache colours I created a gouache inkbox. It's strange - suddenly I get along much better with the gouache colours. I always had difficulties getting the right consistency before. Obviously, I need colours in a watercolor box format.

191105: Aus den uralten Gouachefarben habe ich mir einen Gouache-Tuschkasten gebastelt. Es ist seltsam - auf einmal komme ich mit den Gouachefarben viel besser klar. Ich hatte vorher immer Schwierigkeiten, die richtige Konsistenz hinzubekommen. Offenbar brauche ich Farben im Tuschkastenformat.

This looks really scrapbookish. hmmm

It's been a long time since I did a page in my art journal and after reading the quote on a friend's blog, it prompted me to quickly put a page together. The quote is by Mary Oliver

Free hand drawing using Gel Effects markers from Crayola, and metallic colored pencils. I have to say, these gel effects markers are highly addictive. I don't even think they make them anymore.

Scanner isn't working. :(

Today's page was made using scraps of paper I had lying around, yes, I usually have joss paper in my house, magazine cut out and a vintage photo I bought last week.
