I got a little behind with sharing my journal spreads. Here is a batch that I just finished photographing. These are from my Composition Notebook Journal using acrylic paints and other collaged items.
200406: On our bike tour (Kiel-Neumünster-Kiel) I hit the pedals with maximum force in my shins. How stupid can one be?
At the star with the "AUA" (=> OUCH) I thought about whether I should make a black outline or not and asked competent people of my confidence. @gila.be worked a suggestion digitally directly into the picture, which I found great and adopted it (analog). I told her that she could paint my upper body and head while she was at it. After a few minutes, she already sent me a completed picture back. 😄

200406: Auf unserer Radtour (Kiel-Neumünster-Kiel) habe ich mir volles Brett die Pedale vors Schienbein gedonnert. Wie blöd kann man eigentlich sein?
Bei dem Stern mit dem "AUA" habe ich überlegt, ob ich eine schwarze Outline machen soll oder nicht und habe kompetente Personen meines Vertrauens gefragt. @Gila.be arbeitete einen Vorschlag digital direkt ins Bild ein, den ich super fand und (analog) übernommen habe. Ich sagte ihr, wenn sie schon dabei sei, könne sie doch auch meinen Oberkörper und Kopf dazu malen. ZACK, schickte sie mir schon ein vervollständigtes Bild zurück. 😄

Voor de online workshop A life made by hand van Kelly Kilmer, prompt 96. Baal ervan dat ik met een zwarte marker die rand om de vlinders heen heb gemaakt, maakt de pagina wat te zwaar. Maar niets meer aan te doen. Pagina gaat erover dat ik steeds meer kan genieten van stilte.
For the online workshop A life made by hand from Kelly Kilmer, prompt 96. I wish I hadn't used the black marker around the butterfly, it makes the page a bit too heavy. But, oh well... too bad, too sad. Page is about how I am enjoying silence more and more these days

The first issue of my 'zine, Page by Page. It's taken a few months and MANY revisions (mostly because I've never done anything like this before!), but now it's finished and in my hands.
I'm so very, very proud to have produced my own 'zine! It's a dream come true. Now, to make all the address labels for the pre-orders. (there are still 3 left over at my etsy shop.)

January 18, 2019 Our running coach is relentless. And although we moaned and lamented, we had to do strength exercises in the snowstorm. The lapidary answer of the trainer: "THE RUNNING TRAINING TAKES PLACE IN ALL WEATHERS!" Of course. We know that. We also come voluntarily. But it must be allows to moan a little bit. ;-)

18. Januar 2019 Unser Laufrainer ist unerbittlich. Und obwohl wir gejammert und gejault haben, mussten wir im Schneegestöber Kraftübungen machen. Die lapidare Antwort des Trainers: "DAS LAUFTRAINING FINDET BEI JEDEM WETTER STATT!" Klar. Wissen wir ja. Wir kommen ja auch freiwillig. Aber man wird ja wohl MAL jammern dürfen. ;-)
