From Greenwich park viewpoint overlooking the City

This Lauttasaari viewpoint was not know to me before. I found it by chance when taking a detour on my way to work. This shot is taken at noon. Note to self "Go the the location at sunset"

Viewpoint because It's pointing down towards my feet.

This viewpoint accessible via a short tunnel overlooks the Caldeira de Faial in the center of Faial Island in the Azores.

I often pass the bridge, but I have never been below her at the viewpoint. The vantage point, along with signs and bench, were completely overgrown with shrubs and flowers :)

Die Brücke passiere ich häufig, unter ihr am Aussichtspunkt war ich aber noch nie. Der gesamte Aussichtspunkt, samt Schildern und Sitzbank waren völlig mit Sträuchern und Blumen überwachsen :)

This photo was taken at the viewpoint that overlooks the Himalayan Garden which is behind me. Close by is the Gurkha Memorial which sits at the top of this part of the garden and commemorates the service and sacrifices of the brave Gurkha soldiers serving with the British Army. This is my favourite photo from the visit, I look and feel very relaxed.
