Haiti, Port au Prince - alcune persone attraversano un ponte dove sotto scorre il fiume Grise ingrossato dalle forti piogge.
L'uragano Matthew ha colpito Haiti con venti e forti pioggie , mentre la capitale Port au Prince è stata in gran parte risparmiata dalla forza dell' uragano, le altre città occidentali di Les Cayes e Jeremie ne sono state colpite con tutta la forza.

Sigo. Estudiando y haciendo equilibrios. Ha pasado el mes y todavía no sé cuándo me examino. La burocracia tienes estas cosas... recursos y plazos son los culpables. Me viene bien: más tiempo para estudiar, :-)))
La bicicleta me la llevo, que a partir de mañana tardará más en anochecer y me apetece darme una vuelta por la huerta al caer la tarde. Gracias por ser tan magníficos guardianes, :-)))

The red-vented bulbul (Pycnonotus cafer) is a member of the bulbul family of passerines. It is resident breeder across the Indian subcontinent, including Sri Lanka extending east to Burma and parts of Tibet. It has been introduced in many other parts of the world and has established itself in the wild on several Pacific islands including Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, and Hawaii. It has also established itself in parts of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Argentina and New Zealand. It is included in the list of the world's 100 worst invasive alien species.

Les statistiques montrent que les entreprises perdent chaque année un certain pourcentage de leurs clients. Il faut donc soit faire consommer plus à ses clients actuels ou en trouver de nouveaux.
Parmi nos clients, certains ont pu faire faillite, travailler avec un autre fournisseur ou ne plus vouloir travailler avec vous. Une étude du Harvard Business Review a calculé que les entreprises perdaient en moyenne 50% de leurs clients tous les 5 ans (soit près de 10% chaque année !).
La prospection commerciale est l’action de recherche de nouveaux clients ! Elle doit être structurée et optimisée pour assurer un maximum d’efficacité à l’entreprise.
Objectif
Ce séminaire de formation "Maîtriser la Prospection" vise à permettre aux participants de s’approprier des techniques et outils fondamentaux de la prospection commerciale afin de renforcer leurs compétences dans ce domaine.
L'objectif de "kit commercial", dans son ensemble, est de transmettre aux futurs managers commerciaux les rouages et détails de la fonction commerciale. De faire comprendre que l'activité commerciale est le poumon de l'entreprise, de démontrer les cultures nécessaires pour vendre et commercialiser les produits des marketers, d'avoir une vision commune et transversale et à la fin penser à travailler comme les professionnels internationaux capables de maîtriser les marchés globaux.
