(Pycnonotus cafer)-The Red-vented Bulbul is a member of the bulbul family of passerines. It is resident breeder across the Indian Subcontinent, including Sri Lanka extending east to Burma and parts of Tibet.The Red-vented Bulbul is easily identified by its short crest giving the head a squarish appearance. The body is dark brown with a scaly pattern while the head is darker or black. The rump is white while the vent is red. The black tail is tipped in white.
So here's C'coa "doing a Marilyn" on our dining room heater vent. She sat there for five minutes or so like this and only stopped when Theo and Herhsey started an audible fight in the next room.

The head is deeper or completely black, while the body is a dark brown colour with a scaly pattern. The vent is crimson, while the rump is white.It is around 20 cm long and has a long, black tail that is white-tipped.

RENSEIGNEMENTS pris auprés du propriétaire actuel de ces jolis moulins ! Il a acheté les moulins et la parcelle de vigne il y a 30 ans et c'est l'ancien propriétaire qui a eu envie de donner un nom à ce moulin! Donc cette gravure date d'il y a 40 ans environ , pas plus !
Ensuite on a le droit d'inventer une petite histoire... peut-être des rendez-vous galants le soir ... ???

This is a venting machine that is a part of the sculpture studio at the University of Colorado at Denver. The rusty thing in front is used for melting iron for use in creating all sorts of sculpture.
In the basement, we removed the exhaust venting from the newly installed furnace. The pipe is still shiny on the outside, not even dusty yet, but the inside is wet, muddy and rusty.
