A strategically placed deckchair over the vent from the Metro on Omonoia Square, Athens provides a warm spot on a chilly November evening.

This vent in particular was on a slant that went into a deep crevice with sea water crashing in and out of. Something about hospitals, it has this slime that is very sneaky, you will fall in an instant. I started slipping and luckily grabbed onto a groove in the ground...

S'i fosse fuoco, arderei 'l mondo;

s'i fosse vento, lo tempestarei;

s'i fosse acqua, i' l'annegherei;

s'i fosse Dio, mandereil' en profondo;

s'i fosse papa, allor serei giocondo,

ché tutti cristiani imbrigarei;

s'i fosse 'mperator, ben lo farei;

a tutti tagliarei lo capo a tondo.

S'i fosse morte, andarei a mi' padre;

s'i fosse vita, non starei con lui;

similemente faria da mi' madre.

Si fosse Cecco com'i' sono e fui,

torrei le donne giovani e leggiadre:

e vecchie e laide lasserei altrui.

This is a bird of dry scrub, open forest, plains and cultivated lands. In its native range it is rarely found in mature forests. Red-vented bulbuls were introduced to Fiji around 1903 by indentured labourers from India

A hydrothermal vent is a fissure in a planet's surface from which geothermally heated water issues. Hydrothermal vents are commonly found near volcanically active places, areas where tectonic plates are moving apart, ocean basins, and hotspots. Hydrothermal vents exist because the earth is both geologically active and has large amounts of water on its surface and within its crust. Common land types include hot springs, fumaroles and geysers. Under the sea, hydrothermal vents may form features called black smokers. Relative to the majority of the deep sea, the areas around submarine hydrothermal vents are biologically more productive, often hosting complex communities fueled by the chemicals dissolved in the vent fluids. Chemosynthetic bacteria and archaea form the base of the food chain, supporting diverse organisms, including giant tube worms, clams, limpets and shrimp. Active hydrothermal vents are believed to exist on Jupiter's moon Europa, and ancient hydrothermal vents have been speculated to exist on Mars.

I'll leave it as an exercise to the viewer to determine which part of the bird the vent is.

I was surprised when I found that this was not a new bird for me in eBird; apparently I had taken a picture of one in Hawai'i back in 2005 and forgotten about it.

The light pours out of me.

For swoofty. This should provide a solid platform for rear vent assembly in any locomotives that has offset widen rear vents (such as EMD SD9). It is one of the sturdy that I can ask for. A simple 3ft drop only knocked off one set of grill brick assembly. Easy to put back together and move on. Not very finicky as well.

To attach any fan/exhaust above it, anything can work really well. I use Technic dish 3x3 which can be attached to a Technic brick 1x1 with a hole in it. The placement of the Technic brick depends on the spacing with Technic dish. Of course Ive seen other different uses such as Swoofty's Technic wedge belt wheel.

Next step is to attach it to locomotive. It depends on your locomotive body. You can attach it in many ways. You can have 1x4 plate that sticks through the bottom and it could hold on to something else or whatever. I have not come up with something at this moment but the way I see it in my hand, there are endless opportunity to attach this unit.

Can you tell that Osiris has his paw around Dot? They were both flopping next to the vent and ended up like this.
