Fairly small dark hummingbird, green overall with dark blue tail. Straight, medium-length bill. Sexes similar. Usually seen feeding singly in flowers along forest edge, shrubby second growth, and gardens. Separated from Emeralds by longer bill, blue-and-white vent, bronze patch on rump, and less deeply forked tail.

Fanny est le fruit d’un rassemblement de plusieurs savoir faire et compétences du service technique de la collectivité : un dessinateur, un charpentier, un projectionniste, un électricien et un peintre.
Marqueur de temps dans l’espace la structure bois reprend les principes constructifs de la charpente traditionnelle présente sur l’ensemble du site des Renaudières. Elle fait ainsi écho au patrimoine existant qui compose notamment l’ancien corps de ferme.
L’œuvre énigmatique et curieuse revêt une autre identité au crépuscule. L’occasion de magnifier la silhouette de ce mystérieux objet en bois qui n’aura pas fini de nous impressionner tant par la technique que par son aspect monumental.

...Certains hivers à Genève souffle un vent du nord, la bise noire, très froid avec des vitesses pouvant atteindre 90, 100 km/h. La bise noire pulvérise les eaux du lac Léman qui sont projetées sur la rive, les transformant en une scène surréaliste.
Très froid mais magnifique, magique...

Medium-sized hummingbird, male mostly green with turquoise tones. Female green above and gray below. On both sexes, note contrasting white undertail coverts to distinguish from other hummingbirds. Most similar to Bronze-tailed Plumeleteer, but tail dark blue-black, not bronzy. Usually seen singly at flowers in forest, edges, or shrubby second growth.

The red-vented bulbul (Pycnonotus cafer) is a member of the bulbul family of passerines. It is resident breeder across the Indian subcontinent. This is a bird of dry scrub, open forest, plains and cultivated lands. Red-vented bulbuls feed on fruits, petals of flowers, nectar, insects and occasionally geckos.
