Boiling all prepared food, a traditional winter cooking known as "nabe". Soup includes ginger, dashi, soysauce, mirin, sake, kobucha...and ofcourse water!

Khlong Toey Fresh Market. Everything seems to be available here, nothing goes to waste. Vegitables, seafood, chicken, eggs, frogs, turtles, eels, spices, etc. It's a market for locals. I didn't see a single foreigner during my walk.
