Tonight's dinner: onions, garlic, ginger, carrots, broccoli, king oyster and shiitake mushrooms, red peppers, snow peas, spring onions, almonds, marinated tofu, all on a bed of Japanese soba noodles. It was delicious.
2015-12-21: Latest roma tomato harvest. These are from the two plants that stay in the garage during the cold nights.

My wife prepared herb chicken with vegetable medley. The vegetable medley included rutabaga, butternut squash and potatoes.
Another vegetable medley served at L'Oustau de Baumaniere, Les Baux, Provence, France. The yellow pointy things are pressed and deep-fried crunchy zucchini flowers, and there is a stuffed zucchini blossom too.

Contained: basil, dill, tomatoes, bicolored long beans, yellow squash, 3 types of hot pepper, purple onions, shallots, and 2 types of cucumber.
Review:
Made: Cucumber/sour cream salad with fresh dill, tomato sandwiches, steamed beans, AWESOME pico, and gave the squash and some cucs to MIL. Perfect! Also gave basil to neighbor cause I have tons in my yard.
Remaining: Tomatoes. Time to make some tomato sauce!
