watermelon, 5 tiny yellow zucchinis, two cukes, a bunch of carrots, 4 ears of corn, a baby eggplant, a bunch of basil, a bunch of arugula and TWO TOMATOES. YEAH it's tomato season. YEAH.

The bed in the back is potatoes (Kennebec and Gold Rush) and leeks (Andover) and on the end of the bed in front of that is shallots (Picant). Planted Sunday, April 22.
HAM & VEGETABLE FRITTATA - Noakes & Clifton, CSIRO total wellbeing diet, p.115
[Serves 4 for lunch]
8 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup low-fat milk
4 spring onions (scallions), finely sliced
1 small zucchini (courgette), sliced
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 mushrooms, sliced
400 g lean ham (or cooked chicken)
1 tablespoon chopped basil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 170 C (330 F). Lightly gresase a 20 cm ovenproof flan dish with a little oil.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs with milk. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
Pour mixture into flan dish and bake for 35-40 mins, or until set. Serve with a green salad.
