I can't keep up with the lettuces right now! Every night we have a salad that I pick just before I come in. I pick from lettuces, chard, spinach, scallions, and even weeds--lamb's quarters, purslane, and dandelions!

A small traditional vegetable garden in which old, almost extinct vegetable varieties are cultivated in order to preserve them.
Macro Mondays theme today is 'Vegetables' but the difficult part being with this image is that technically tomatoes are a fruit.
But many nutritionists class them as a vegetable as they're typically used in savoury dishes.
Either way, HMM!
