With Allan I’m happy how bright his blue hair turned out since I sort of wanted him to look like Aoba from DMMD (an Anime character who’s also brown eyed and blue haired lol) and he looks great on the twinky EAH body lol.

Hair Fair Barbie is on a modified clone body wearing Life In The Dreamhouse Midge’s dress.

Fashion Queen Barbie’s dress is from dollsahoy that brings out her colouring well. Her lips were painted on top and a ribbon was placed on top of where her blue vinyl headband had disappeared from.

Bubblecut Barbie was scalped and cleaned. It’s really weird but her face looks much better without all that hair and I’m just going to wait until I have time to reroot her.

Malibu Barbie was swapped from her PTR amed body with chipped tan lines onto a Malibu Body with Mexico arms because I thought it looked far nicer lol. I’m not a big fan of Superstar faces but I can make exceptions lol.

Getting up close with this flower located on the grounds of Navarre Park in Navarre Florida. With this shot I was using the Sony A7RII ( 1/1000 sec at f/2.8, ISO 6400) with the Sony FE 90mm F2.8 Macro G OSS lens handheld.

Almost perfect reflection

I went shopping the other night and needed a new black mascara so I stopped in at the Bobbi Brown cosmetics counter. I think that almost all of the make up I use now is between Mac and Bobbi Brown products. I met a very nice sales girl, Cristina, and she helped me pick out the mascara and we started chatting and I asked her what she thought of my make up. She said it was done well but said I should highlight my pretty eyes more. Ok, the flattery was the bait that hooked me and she told me to sit down and she would show me! Well.... you know what happened, yes I ended up getting some eye cosmetics too, so I laughed and told her she was a good sales person! But honestly she was very nice and gave me her card and told me to stop by again. I thank her for taking a few pics for me! Very fun!

People really shouldn't listen to me when I have ideas for photographs; they turn out weird but fun. I saw " Kid Loki" (don't remember "him" being so curvy - now I'm all confused) across the lobby and asked "One Direction Loki" (the latest incarnation of Loki has him looking like he should be in a boy band) would she mind posing with Kid Loki for a few shots. They both thought it was a fun idea and really got into character. Their expressions and gestures were amusing as Hel!

Both ladies did a bang-up job and thanks go out to them for indulging one of my whimsical ideas. ;-D

I've lived in Wisconsin for nearly 30 years but this June was my first time looking around the state capitol building. While I enjoy history and architecture I've never had this as a specific destination. In June I was helping to chaperone the FFA chapter to the state convention. Living 4 hours away from Madison there are usually at least a few students who have never been to the capital before. I made a point of driving past the capitol grounds and they asked "can we go inside?" So we went inside, gawked, and took a free tour.

Quite a grand structure. In 3 months I would make my second visit to see my wife deliver an address in the rotunda during the State of Education Ceremonies as a Wisconsin Teacher of the Year.
