The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District's work at Unity Island is made up of two separate projects that will remove invasive species and restore 10 acres of coastal wetland habitat. The restoration project is a prime example of a much larger campaign for beneficial use of dredged material in the Great Lakes region.

This is UNITY because "Camp Noppy" is a tradition that my friends from Colorado and I have done for 6 years. My grandparents (Nana and Poppy) take us to their lakehouse and it brings us all together.

May 29, 2015 40th annual induction ceremony of Council for Unity held at Crest Hollow Country Club, Woodbury, NY. The fairy tale theme of the group is for youth to become Kings by slaying the dragon [their fears], as well as having a princess Chrysallia to unite the six kings who were former enemies thru the power of the magical rainbow-colored flower.

This project required us to create four compositions creating a sense of unity/harmony applying repetition, proximity, continuity, and variety, respectively.
From left to right and top to bottom, the design principles have been applied as follows: repetition, variety, proximity, and continuity.
