Phase III of the 'Unity Wall' paintings along the Ogden Point breakwater represent ten aspects of Victoria history since the city's founding more than a century and a half ago. The paintings, by First Nations artists Butch Dick (Songhees Nation) and Darlene Gait (Esquimalt Nation) reflect the significance of the Douglas Treaties and the influence settlement had on First Nations people.
Represented in this section of the Unity Wall are Craigdarroch Castle, the Empress Hotel, Chinatown and the Butchart Gardens.
