MFV - 425 (Motor Fishing Vessel) was one of 21 vessels built during WWII under contract, many for the US Army, by the Ernest Wright shipyard at Tuncurry. (More than likely the vessel under construction behind the MFV - 425 is the MFV - 426 which was launched on the 28th August 1945.) Both these vessels were commissioned in 1944 and, after completion, were assigned to the Royal Navy as HMS MFV 425 and HMS MFV 426.
More images of the MFV 425 Class can be seen in the Album MOTOR FISHING VESSELS

UNDER CONSTRUCTION by Winmar Construction
Construction work progressing along for the Link Light Rail station at Husky Stadium, which is part of University Link, a 3.15 mile extension of Link that will run from Downtown Seattle north to the University of Washington, with stations at Capitol Hill and on the University of Washington campus near Husky Stadium.
Check it out large
Because the townhouses on their special "trailers" were taller than the space underneath the overhead utility lines, the lines were dropped down and placed between two ramps that Nickel Bros built. This way the truck and house could drive over them without damaging the cables or snagging strung cables.
For a while 15th was not fully closed off--SPD was directing traffic, and many passing by in their cars were rubbernecking at the site of a large house on the back of a truck.
