One of the more interesting parts of the Brantwood Survey is Tuxedo Park, a series of houses that were fairly classy in the first couple of decades of the 20th century. While some still survive many have been replaced by modern homes.

Just packing up my brand-new tuxedo, which I hope is my Final Tuxedo. My first I purchased in grad school, 1986-87. The next I got in 2000. When I put that on after some time in 2019, oof! My 2019 waistline didn't like it! And my 2022 waistline couldn't have taken it. This new bespoke dinner suit couldn't be more flattering or elegant. I feel very lucky.

This is my tuxedo cat, Zorro, who passed away recently. Always dressed in formal black and whites, with glowing lamplight eyes, he was a true gentleman. Until we meet again.
Poor cat didn't think confronting Scooter, my orange male, would be better than climbing a tree.
Eventually, he climbed down, after Scooter got bored.
