Just packing up my brand-new tuxedo, which I hope is my Final Tuxedo. My first I purchased in grad school, 1986-87. The next I got in 2000. When I put that on after some time in 2019, oof! My 2019 waistline didn't like it! And my 2022 waistline couldn't have taken it. This new bespoke dinner suit couldn't be more flattering or elegant. I feel very lucky.

The Malabar Pied Hornbill in all his glory perched on a fig tree.looks like he is almost wearing a tuxedo :)

Finalmente ele chegou

Gostei mais dele do que das Sailors.

Ele vem com mais 3 rostos, varias mãos, rosa, bengala e a caixinha de musica.

A capa dele tem um mecanismo bem legal que torna possível mexe-la, como se o tecido voasse.

Actually, he did not have a choice. Pictures with Grandma are a requirement. But she did have to poke him to get a smile.

My wife and I walked past this cat a few different times while we were on vacation. He never seemed very happy. We'd talk to him and try to call him over to us but no luck

"Tuxedo Rocks" was a name given by railfans to a spot westbound of the Tuxedo N.Y. station where the ex Erie main line cut through a rocky area along the banks of the Ramapo River. This photo of an EL westbound was taken at 7:15 in the morning before the sun had a chance of breaking over the Ramapo Mountains to the east. A lone GP35,#2577,powers this unknown symbol past the rocks on 11-07-1973. Howard Kent Jr. photo.

lookin' pretty

wow, thanks everybody!

These are Tuxedo kittens in foster care.

As I have noted in several earlier Flickr albums, as long as I continue going to the same NYC dentist, you can count on two or three sets of photos of Bryant Park each year. The reason is simple: my dentist is located in mid-town Manhattan, about a block from the park — and when I'm done, I'm always tempted to walk over and see how the park looks. Consequently, I've collected almost a dozen separate sets of Bryant Park photos, which you can see summarized here on Flickr. (At least one or two of those other sets will provide you with the historical details of the park; or you can look it up here on Wikipedia.)

In mid-June of 2015, I took another stroll through the park, not having been there for almost two years. I wandered mostly around the periphery of the park, looking for interesting scenes to capture with the Sony RX-1R camera whose results I'm showing in this album, and also a Sony RX-10 camera whose results you'll see in a separate album in a couple days. I locked the camera into a wide-angle setting and a fixed f/8 aperture, and I just pointed the camera in the general direction of an interesting scene, and pushed the shutter button. Of the several hundred shots that I took during these strolls, there were a handful that seemed worthy of uploading; that's what you'll be seeing in this set and the next one. All of this took roughly an hour, at the end of which I put away my camera, and headed back uptown, content that my teeth would survive for another several months...

Never a dull moment with this one. Today she ran out the back door and when I try to catch her, she would run faster. Finally, I caught her.

Longines has a long history of issuing remakes of its own vintage models. The Heritage Classic Chronograph “Tuxedo” is very faithful in looks to a classic Longines chronograph from 1943 .

[ See the original in the comments section. ]

This Longines 'Tuxedo' Chronograph has a modern automatic movement and was launched in 2020. Its size, proportions and design is very vintage, very dressed-up, and rather beautiful. The use of blue in the seconds and sub-dial hands and on the blue tachymeter scale are additional 'vintagey' details.

Smarty 🐱 is a little genius he understands English, Norwegian, and Cat's language! He’s super smart, loyal, calm, and loves me (but hates kisses ).😆💔

When he was just 4 months old, he meowed insistently at my desk until I followed him to the washing room, where I found the washing machine leaking badly. 💦 Thanks to Smarty, I avoided a huge mess! My little hero! 🐾❤️

They really love each other.
