Take the lower left edge of the top flap (where you see the coloured side peaking through) and fold it to the center, like so.
Turn the flap to the right, like the page of a book. Turn again. Fold both bottom edges up to center. Do this on every flap with colour showing.
This is some sort of tutorial on how I do my brick wall backgrounds. Though scrapbooking papers can give you a very realistic and easy brick background, sometimes I love to make a "real" wall with texture and color.
The wall is made out of styrofoam, the window is made of foamboard.
Getting there. The colors became richer and deeper. Still, there are some parts than could need a bit more work.
El primer paso es aplicar la goma de enmascarar en las pestañas (siempre que queramos conservarlas, claro). Es un paso necesario porque las distintas capas de barniz mate las dejaría mates y gruesas
This one was probably the hardest of all the tutorials to do. It took me ages to think of something from my childhood to photograph, and it made me sad... But eventually I remembered this photo of me and my cat so I took a photo of my photo and the rest came together finally. So this is me when I was little with one of my very special cats (my childhood was lonely so my cats were my companions)...
AND I couldn't find a pen that would write on my photos so had to improvise. Hope its OK...
These photos are from a tutorial on how to make double hair buns.

Start on the left side and re-fold the first two folds along their lines. This should cause a small triangle to go behind the central diamond shape and the whole model will pleat a bit.
