This was Cathy's favorite dish - and a very close second place dish for me! Barely cooked soft scrambled eggs with uni and cabbage were then served with a tumeric crab bisque.

I think the dye took really well. I did have a hard time rinsing out all of the tumeric when I was through.
The tumeric paste is meant to lighten the skin for the wedding. (This ceremony was the night before the wedding.)
