One thing I really enjoy about chard is its versatility. Threw it into this tofu scramble for breakfast the next day, and then into a basic chunky pasta sauce the next night. So delicious.
tofu scramble:
veggies (onion, mushroom, bell pepper, and of course, chard)
tofu (firm or extra firm)
spices (the key is TUMERIC - it gives it the yellow color and great flavor!)
Nice, simple side dish - fried brown rice with a few vegetables, and a background note of vanilla. (Don't knock it until you've tried it - it's pretty amazing)
