Very trusting bird. I got reasonably close to it without being too cautious. I may need to get an extender though to get a bit more reach on this lens. 200mm just isn't enough anymore. :)

Rhossili Bay on the Gower peninsula. The white building is called "The Old Rectory", it's a Nat. Trust cottage (complete with average view!).

Will she become great someday?

Murtoa StickShed, a large 1941 Wheat storage facility built from bush timber and Corrugated iron roof, 270 metres long, 60 metres wide and 20 metres tall at risge, when full capabale of 100,000 tons of stored wheat. Apparently there were several of these built including one some three times the size which have since been demolished. This last used to store wheat in 1990. An amazing building , National Trust restoring and well worth maintaining. Open Day there today saw many people walking through, was hard to get a carpark outside.

An afternoon visit to the Dudmaston Estate in Shropshire, run by the National Trust.

The visit included seeing Dudmaston Hall.

On the Big Pool Walk at the Dudmaston Estate. Was several gates to open and close as you went around.
