Olloclip macro with iPhone 4 native camera in HDR mode, Bad Camera (two filters), A+ Signature, Pic Grunger (cracked); possibly also used PerfectPhoto to sharpen and crop original after merging in True HDR but cannot recall at this point. :-)

If you want to see how I did this, check my blog for a tutorial.

A Neolithic stone circle just outside Duddo in North Northumberland, erected about 4000 years ago.

This is a really magical and peaceful location with spectacular views in literally every direction.

Photo taken in TrueHDR and then B&W conversion in Noir.

One of my favorite shots from the day. This was an accident as I took a back road, saw this, stopped my car on the side of the road with the flashers on and captured this. Located north of Worthington, Indiana.

For those who wonder; This is a true HDR image.

This was about an hour after sunset and it gets very dark very quickly in Norway during the winter months.

It was so dark that you couldn't see the small islands in the middle of the fjord and actually very little of the ocean itself.

The buoy was lit though and if I had done this as a regular photo you would either see just the buoy and nothing else, or you would see the fjord and an all white (overexposed) lifebuoy.

With HDR, both subjects may be perfectly exposed at the same time.

Notice the sky being all blue, that is the color of night.

I went x-country skiing in my neighborhood for a bit late this afternoon. It was good to get out, especially after spending all morning shoveling snow, but boy was that wind brutally cold! ❄🎿

I decided to leave the camera and tripod behind and just enjoy the walk, but couldn't resist taking a few photographs on my phone.

An iPhone 4 with TrueHDR and Instagram and a final tweak in Picnik. Mahalo to everyone who has left comments and invites on this photo within the first 24 hours. Aloha!

This is where the film maker Derek Jarman lived. He created an extraordinary garden on the most inhospitable ground. There is a unique atmosphere at Dungeness, I don't often use words like "spiritual" but whatever that means, this place has it in spades.

Taken on my iPhone, 3 exposures merged using an app called TrueHDR.

Press "L" to view on black. Definitely looks better!

My wife and were walking down Elm Street in Manchester, NH after dinner tonight, when I noticed this cool alley. "Hold on Honey, let me grab a picture of this." She's used to it after 10 years together.

The beginning of tonight's sunset in HDR made from 3 images hand held (didn't have the tripod with me)..I like how this turned out..how about you?

I do almost no true HDR, but occasionally I get the itch. This was done in three exposures with Photomatix Pro 3.2

I saw this elegant tea service yesterday in a Victorian B&B. Just kidding. This is actually our bedroom -- this is how my wife decorates our home. She loves Victorian decor.
